Shipping
GraniteDesigner currently ships to the lower 48
United States through our own dedicated delivery team.
Approximate arrival time to your location is 4-6 weeks
once the order is placed with our staff. Through
unique negotiations and business methods we can keep
shipping costs to a minimum while still offering you the
lowest prices on all products we offer. We urge you to
request a quote and compare for
yourself - you will not find lower pricing anywhere
else! Oredering
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of
receipt to GraniteDesigner.com and/or its staff. Should
there be a delay you will be notified during this time.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested up to one week (7
days) after initial order is placed. After this time
you CANNOT cancel your order. Each order is custom made
and we cannot cancel orders after production has
started. Damage
/ Claims
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
Damages or shortages must be noted on the freight bill
and a claim filed with the carrier. Claims for loss or
damage on any shipment must not be deducted from our
invoice, or payment of the invoice with held awaiting
adjustment of such claims from us.
Freight
Charges
Prices on price sheets do not include all freight
charges. We will do our best to quote freight charges
as close as possible on all product and service price
